Default OIL CATCH CAN

DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT A OIL CATCH CAN..IS IT WOTH IT TO BUY IT? WHAT DOES IT REALLY DO? DOES IT MESS UP THE ENGINE AT ALL? LET ME KNOW THANKS...

The oil catch can will catch all excess oil that is blown out into your intake system.

No it shouldn't mess up your engine.

And IMO theres no real need, its more for looks than function.

Well, if you ever start running your car hard on long right-hand sweepers, you will see the benefits of an oil catch can. It's very common for stock S2000s that are running track or autocross tires in such turns to leave clouds of smoke when oil enters the intake tract from the valve cover breather. Adding a properly installed oil catch can is a functional solution.

to late fltsfshr I already bought one,, thanks thu,, i just hope it will not be hard to put on....Does the oil it catches goes back into the engine?
