Also, just in case some of you don't don't, on a highway the far left inside lane is the "fast"/passing lane. Don't be in that lane unless you are passing someone and actually going over the speed limit. You can actually get a citation for going the speed limit in that lane.

You learn something new everyday

So in other words your allowed to go over the speed limit in that lane to pass people but dont get caught, and if you do the speed limit in that lane you can get a ticket, intresting.

Thats like here i sell Weed bongs and its legal to do so but its illegal to get caught smoking weed with one.

Santi you want a continuance because they need time to prepare for the case and the price may go up.

Most attorneys charge $xxx for pretrial and $x,xxx for court and ticket clinic may be that way. Hiring them first gives them the chance to get it thrown out in pretrial. If not then they go to court and try to get the cop to give testimony that makes you look innocent of the infraction you were cited with. If that doesn't work they file a motion to change the plea to no contest and the judge issues no point and only court cost.

The court wants you to pay them and not the county hence the reaason why they let you off. Also because you hired an attorney they look favorably on you because a judge is a former attorney.

Its all a revolving door to put money in everyones pocket.
