Default lady returns S2000 after 2 days of ownership

So I was talking to some guy at work, he knows some lady (his neighbor) that had an S2000 but returned it only after 2 days of ownership. Story is she was driving on I-95, it was pouring rain, she lost control, went into a 180 spin and slammed into the center wall. Supposely she towed it right back to the Honda dealer where she purchased it and demanded a refund claiming that the S2000 is defective in the rain!

Another case of a person blaming the car for their own lack of driving skills & common sense.
How fast will a lawyer snap this up & bring a lawsuit on her behalf?

You wanna know whats real funny, I work for a honda dealer and I had a customer have a similar situation and this wasnt a girl. This guy wanted to blame the tires on this one...."these tires are deffective they must have a factory recall or something cause I slid all over a curve and ended up in the grass" I was like sir may I ask, was it raining? "yea thats why I spinned on to the grass, the tires must have some type of problem in the rain" ... I was like OH MY WOWWWW. I cant beleive I am actually having this conversation with this CHAMP.

well yea thats my story.......

Ohh and the best part about it, was that the customer wanted honda to pay for the damages to suspension and the scratched rims....FRESHHHHHHHH

OK, this just fuels my desire to go take pics of the grass surrounding my recent off-roading expedition... "due to the rain" Hey, I managed to get it between the light pole and the fence, NOT stop in the ditch filled with water (thank you Richie), and continue on with my life. I'm still pulling grass out from wild areas of the car... the latest clump was (SOMEHOW!!!) in the trunk!
