I was looking on ebay last week and found a guy selling a turbo kit for the S2000. He had real pictures to prove everything. I know I know, he could have gotten those pictures from anywhere but like I was thinking in my head at the time, it's a hard deal to pass up. Anyways, he had his contact phone number and I called him. We agreed to end the auction early if I pay him $1600. He ask me to send half the money first and the other half when I get the kit and inspected it.
Not really thinking clearly (all the I could think of is now was I'm getting a turbo kit) I sent him half the money Western Union. He told me that he was going to use the money to ship the kit. Anyways, after he recieved the money he still answered all my called and told me that he was going to fax me the shipping information and I should recieve the package Saturday. Well, I called him acouple times Friday and he wasn't picking up his phone. Saturady comes and his phone is busy 24/7. I have his information. I don't know of you guys heard anything about this guy but who who knows. I will greatly reward anyone who can give me the info on this guy. Here's his info. (the pictures of the turbo kit was on a yellow S2k) I have family in South Florida that is willing to take action. Any info will be of good help. Thanks Florida.

Report it to the police and FBI. It is fraud and since yu are in another state a federal crime if I am not mistaken. Call and report this to the BSO and FBI with the phone number and see what happens

 

I think its only federal if he ships anything over state lines...but I could be mistaken...I guess he took your cash over state lines so that may count. Anyway, this should be reported ASAP to the authorities.

 

The communications and money for the fraud crossed state lines - believe this is under the wire fraud statues. I know that the FBI has a department to fight internet fraud and since the amount is over what is considered a felony they might take it on. Not that I am a lawyer or anything.

 

Do you guys know that number to call??? I have no clue.
