Alot of people agree with you spoon. The reality is that its rather unlikely, border line impossible to of thrown that kid in jail. Yea he would of been arested, but that also would of required alot more of my time then i was ready to give for him to just get a slap on the wrist. The cops will shake him up pleanty. If he learned never to do that again, and might even be able to influence some of his friends, and all the parties involed get there damages paid for... then im happy.

I wont sleep better cause the guys life is ruined... Its just not in my agenda.

that guy didn't care about your life ,and actually played with your life and caused you to have a damaged car and a great headache so in that case OFF WITH THE HEAD....but i do respect your thoughts and i hope he thinks of you everytime he thinks of doing something stupid
