If I had to pick one group of people who were not intelligent enough to purchase the needed parts to install a Hard Top... I definitely would not pick Puerto Ricans.... they are so smart...

 

If i had to choose an obnoxious jack-ass who F_cks anything with boobs and some type of STD just for kicks I would def not choose some redneck from Tenn.
They know better
