I think Mencia is funny. dont know about stealing jokes but obviously hes pretty big now so other less known comedians will take a shot at him. In all honestly its just entertainment. Mencia looks like a mexican so fok it? let him play Mexican even if hes half german and honduran. Isnt aries spears originaly irish? he just plays black?
