The guy from Speed that I've been talking to isn't in... Supposely his wife is sick and having surgery. I've been trying to reach him since Thursday last week to make all the arrangements for Sunday. However he hasn't been returning my calls. I finally spoke to someone else today and she told me that the prices that were quoted to me are off and apparently much higher then what the other guy said. Because the other guy never put us into their system she cannot honor his quote and the guy is out indefinitely.

Sounds like a bunch of bait and switch bs to me. This place just opened up, probably too inexperienced to handle a club our size. So I decided to wait and hear from the guy, if not I'll renegotiate the deal with this other lady.
