if that rip was on a passenger seat, i'd sell you my aftermarket seat and with cash on top on your end...

if you cant find an aftermarket one, i have a MY02 driver side seat, no rips...

 

on top of a used f1spec which is about $150 around the market...i dont think it's too much to ask for
