Hey every body. I want to trade my red Sparco seats for some OEM seats. These seats are in pretty good condition. I bought them used about a year ago. They will also come with Sparco rails that fit perfectly into the S2k.
The Good:
These seats will not block the glove compartment from opening
They are very comfortable and are easy to get in and out of the car
They hug your sides better than OEM seats but dont have ridiculously high bolsters
The Bad:
The tops are fading from sun exposure. too much top down driving This is normal for red cloth seats haha
They are a little dirty on the bottom bolsters and on the sides where the seat belt rubs. I tried using cheap cloth cleaner but only helps a little. a little stronger shampoo should fix it up fine.
The adjuster on the bottom side of the seat that changes the seat position must be removed to install. What i did was adjust the seat to the position you want before putting them in the car then removing it and mount inside. not hard at all.
Here are some pics....
Starting to fade on top.....
Looking to trade these for OEM seats and hoping to get $200/300 on top. I am only trading if the OEM seats are in good shape. No tears. Atleast 8/10. I cant sell these outright because my S is my DD and I wouldn't have any seats to drive with. I am hoping that who ever buys these can come to my house and swap out my seats with theirs and thats it.
