Hello All,
Cara and I are packing our bags at the end of this S2K Challenge season and moving to Sydney for 3 years!
Honestly, family aside, the S2K Challenge will be the thing I'll miss most. I've had the best two years of my hobby life racing with you guys/Tiffany. It's been rough and tumble but I'm a much better driver and person for having participanted. Thanks to Ed Lee for organizing the series and to people like Nam, Ben, Mike Kang for their close friendships throughout this experience. I also met some track day junkies like Mike, Mark, Jim, Chris, Alex, and others that I'll never forget. I even got to interact, learn from and compete with a professional race car driver, Charles. I've had the time of my life!
Instead of putting the car in storage for 3 years I'd rather that she be put to good use, so I'm selling her. I don't want to feel sad about it but she will definitely be missed. I have done almost all the work on her myself so we've gotten pretty close.
Here's the breakdown:
location: Reseda, CA
car: 2008 Honda S2000 CR no AC/no radio
odometer: will probably be 11,000 miles by end of season (currently 9,600 miles)

wheels: 5Zigen FN01R-C 17x9 +43 time attack
tires: Dunlop Z1 Star Spec 255/40R17 all around (just bought a new set for the remaining 3 events so the tires will have 3 track days on them at time of sale)

roof: VIS Mugen style carbon fiber with Honda factory window seals and Izzy's aluminum brackets
mirrors: APR carbon fiber

catalytic converter: Berk 70mm hi-flow
exhaust: Greddy Ti 70mm single
rear bumber: Carbing Craft carbon fiber exhaust guard (have both sides if you want to go back to dual exhaust)
steering wheel: Sparco RING 330mm
steering hub: NRG carbon fiber quick disconnect
driver's seat: Recaro SPG
passenger's seat: Recaro Pole Position
rails: Buddy Club rails
seat belts: Schroth Clubman III 5-point
roll bar: Hard Dog (welded diagonal/welded harness bar/welded harness guides)
protection: 3M clear bra that fully covers entire front bumper and partially covers OEM hood, front fenders, and OEM mirrors
extra#1: OEM hood
extra#2: OEM mirrors
extra#3: OEM steering wheel with airbag
extra#4: OEM roll hoops complete with interior trim and factory seat belts
extra#5: all interior trim that was removed for installation of roll bar

Regarding maintenance...
engine: oil change every 3 track days or less (Motul 300V 5w30)
transmission: fluid change every 3 track days or less (Honda MTF)
rear diff: fluid change every 6 track days or less (Motul Gear300 75w90)
spark plugs: change once a year
valve adjustment: every 6 track days (Tony Fuchs Racing)
rear hub/wheel bearing assembly: each side has been replaced once
I send a sample of each fluid change (engine/trans/diff) to Blackstone Laboratories for oil analysis. So far results are perfect.

Fil - Socal has a poor car buying crowd since only members can view it. Try the Cars for sale section, this should sell pretty quickly, wouldn't be surprised if someone flew out to you.
