i have the same rubber and offsets with -3 and im @ a one finger or less drop.

when I put my RPF1 +45 on, I took off the suspension and test the clearance with the tires all the way in beyond suspension travel
the fornt needs to be rolled and pulled, the rear will be fine just rolled
the rear, the 1st thing you will rub is the bumper tab bolts
so you need to cut out some plastic from bumper and pull up the metal piece where the origial tab bolts are, and relocate them back 1" is good enough
then 2nd thing it will rub is the bumper, you will need to cut some plastic out
