then i used it with the TF intake...u can see the cut out on the side, i used it for a CAI also...to keep it looking clean since there is so much open space.

but i like your intake better cause it has that air diversion plate... what does that bolt up to? just the radiator? can you pm me your best price shipped to vegas nv please? really interested =) the only thing that stopped me from getting an intake is all that ugly space it left... but this kit fills it all up! bump for you! =)
