I have a noob Q. I drive many many miles and dont want to kill my mpg's to much. Are these the better gears for that, or are the higher ones (i.e 4.57 or 4.77) better for daily.

with the others you will be revving and driving at a higher RPM and will waste more gas

anything higher then a 4.44 and you'll be doing a lot of shifting on the track. i think a 4.3 or 4.44 is perrrrfect. bump!
