If it was the clutch fluid than most likely your Master cylinder needs to be replaced. From the drivers side floormat trace the clutch pedal up to the firewall. I bet you see some clutch fluid and/or sludge there. They go out quite often. Topping it off is only a band-aid fix.

He speaks the truth!! Yes it is only a band aid fix..Make sure you find out if you have something leaking there..You don't want to have to top off brake fluid every week..
