1. i've seen these go for 60 dollars shipped on ebay

2. why would these get hassle by cops?

 

1. I have never seen them go that cheap. Also have fun trying to get them to fit right.

2. You are modifying you're stock intake. Trust me they will ask for a carb # on everything.

 

If your not using it I live up the hill from you. Ill pick it up tomorrow for $40. Also if you look on Ebay they do go for pretty cheap. Let me know if you want to let it go for that price.....

Ok i just checked ebay, the cheapest one is 120$ with shipping combined c'mon guys on ebay thats what the do charge 20$ for and item and the charge 100$ for shipping.
