What would be required exactly to bolt this up and run it without issue? Is this a full kit minus the ecu?

Yes all you need is a ecu/ hondata flashpro

I'm assuming your S was stolen, hence why you can't unlock the Flashpro?

If there were any way for Hondata to unlock it (maybe explaining to them with the police report or something), I may be very interested, as I've got an 06 so having the Flashpro would be perfect.
