I bought the car with the bumper on it, so I am not sure if the bar is behind there or not.

Sorry for not being clear. When you put in the duct, you have to cut a hole on the rebar and to make a wind plate to direct air to the intake to make it functional, assuming you are using a mugen intake.

very good price, i bought my lip alone with ap1 bumper for 800+shipping, that's without the air duct ;(
