I got an 42" EDTV Plasma if you want at one of my office.

I know you said make an offer, but PM me what you really are looking to get. Hmmm...TV/DVD/Nav for the car, or nice TV for the room?

I am using the 27" version as a computer monitor. This is a great monitor/TV.
