most the time spund rod bearing will leave a mark on the head. also will kill the crank....

Not really... The head is usually undamaged from a spun bearing. The pistons still seal to keep any debris from making contact with the head. The oil may get some contamination from the bearing material but usually it's not enough to damage the head.

A spun bearing can potentially damage the crankshaft, but some times it is savable depending on how long the car was run with the spun bearing and how lucky you are. The crank is made of a harder material than the bearings, and some times it is okay. A spun bearing does some times scar cylinder walls because it's changing variables in the stroke of the rod.

I'm not the seller, I was just clarifying for others who may be interested and not mechanically inclined. To answer your question, or I guess your quirp, a spun bearing is nothing to be afraid of if you're mechanically inclined. A spun rod bearing, in no way, shape, or form poses a threat to the block if it's stopped early. But whatever, I've done my civic duty to inform the misinformed.

So yeah Bro, you're totally right. Mechanics is based on luck, and hoping on chance would be the much easier option vs. just taking the 30 minutes to take the head off and inspect it for yourself to see what you're buying.
