This is not a custom made exhaust, but it actually came from 5zigen as a complete catback. If you refer to the Naturally Aspirated forum in the exhaust thread, it quotes that this exhaust is rare.

The tip of the muffler is dolphin like in shape and constructed of iconel. In addition, this is probably one of the quietest single exhaust that you can find.
