I'm selling my 2014 CRF250L with just over 4k miles on it, it's never been down, it's in great shape.
Upgrades:
17" Warp9 supermoto wheels in black with red anodized hubs
FMF Powercore 4 custom shortened 3 inches
FMF Megabomb header
EJK EFI controller
Acerbis supermoto front fender in white
Zeta handguards in black (with white shields and amber signals not installed)
Zeta heelguard in black
DRC Edge 2 integrated tail lamp (original led board will be included)
12oClockLabs fixed rate flasher
If the buyer is not interested in any of the specific upgrades I will remove them and we can negotiate pricing accordingly.
I will include the stock wheels and tires in like new condition, the original pipe and header, the OEM taillamp assembly, and the OEM front fender.

It's not a confident bike over 70mph! From what I understand the full Race Tech fork treatment and rear shock really settle it, but you're still wringing the motors neck, especially with the 13t front sprocket. I'm including a 15t front sprocket, but I like the snappyness of the 13t. It's a great bike in city traffic, very rideable and easy to manoeuvre. This one is noticeably lighter than the stock bike, with the wheels pipe and tail-light swapped for aftermarket.

How's the gearing for the street? Ratios work well in dirt, too?
Thanks! Good luck with sell.

It's nice on the street, really peppy in all the gears, I'd imagine it's fine in the dirt, these have a closer gear set than the CBR250r's do, the 13T sprocket made a big difference.
I don't know true MPH numbers because I haven't added a speedo healer.
