Okay. So there are good AND bad things.
The Good:
I've babied this car since I first got her. (Interior, exterior, engine maintenance every 3000-5000 miles with mobil 1 10w-30 synthetic)
Wash and wax every week, so the paint shines now.
Non-Smoker
Never tracked, HARDLY, ALMOST NEVER VTEC/mash on the throttle (I'm not gonna lie and say i haven't haha), never street raced. (Everyone knows how slow i have to go!)
Fixed the oil leaks, new axles.
No CEL.
5 speed swapped
Many mods I've done myself.
The Bad:
Mileage is a little high. I bought the car with 175,xxx last year. But I regularly maintain her.
Despite 80% of the paint being clean and fresh, the other 20% is not. There are dents on both of the rear quarter panels and the trunk. The front bumper/lip/mugen skirts/Carbon Fiber hood need a repaint.
Some wear and tear on the leather interior.
Has auto cluster still.
Honestly, a lot of the bad things are little things that can easily be fixed, but i just don't have the time anymore. They just bother ME. Some people, it may not bother them.
Interior (You can see the tear in the driver seat.)
(You can see the quarter panel damage in this pic. I bought the car like this AS-IS)
