Comes with its original harness but I don't know what you mean by plug and play, your s2000 should have the wiring harness. And I didn't cut any wires out during the removal, so it should be plug and play.

bump, forcewerkz is one of the best fitting CR lips, i have mounting brackets. you can use double side tape if you want.
