thanks for the bump! and unfotunately i'm not parting out my suspension. and they have about 70k miles on the shocks and less then 10k on the springs. no leaks or tears or cracks or dents or issues with my springs or shocks. they treated me great. i would have kept them if it made me lower.

Bummppp. I have front lower s2000 ball joints (the one that you can just unscrew from the car) that don't have any tears in them if anyone is also interested. 20$ bucks The only reason I took out is to run the hardrace front bump steer kit.
