bump! Nice rx-8 would consider this but I don't dig the blue, but the warranty is *thumbs up*!

Why does it seem like the rx-8 resale value doesn't hold as well as some other cars in its class?

Well the 04's were problematic and it generally has a poor reputation around all the boards because it isn't as fast as the competition, uses oil, and doesn't get great mileage. But these are all downsides that come along with the good stuff. You can rev to 9k all day, the engine is really smooth and uses oil to keep itself lubricated.

It's the closest thing to an s2000 as far as feel goes imo. Actually with coilovers and wheels, I prefer the feel of the rx-8. 90% of the fun, 200% of the practicality.

But back to the resale thing, I think that all cars are dropping in value in this economy (including the s2000).

PLEASE GUYS help me get back into an S2000! Already lowered the price to my rock bottom. Have options too if you want it to come modded.
