The Rule of Thumb for riding a sport bike is: If you sit on it and both feet are flat on the ground you can ride it.
Leg and arm length could matter, but you can always get new bars and raise it and change your rearsets to adjustable ones for more comfort and positioning.
F4i is perfect for a female rider since it is an entry level bike even though most girls I know that ride own RR's or R6's, but they've been riding for years.
Good deal, if my son would get on a bike I would get this for him. Good Luck with the sale.
