Whenever I open a topic I always end up half way down the page when it loads, sometimes on page 2 or 3 when i click the link on the forums page. Its really annoying because i always have to scroll back up to the top.

I am using firefox.

You are most likely clicking on the blue box with the down arrow. That is there to take you to the newest posts. Just click the thread title/name and you will start at the first thread.

no, its not that. I never even noticed the blue box until you mentioned it.

In the main forum page. With the list of all the threads/topics etc. If i click on a thread on the right it will take me to halfway down the page or even to pages 2 or 3 of that thread

I usually always have to go back to the first page or scroll up. Unless i have already read the topic. then it takes me to the first post.

This doesnt happen if i open say the FI forum and click the thread from there.

when i click on a thread in MYS2k it takes me to the first post.

When i click on a thread tital (on the right) in s2ki/forums it will take me to some odd point withen the thread. (somes pages withen the thread)

Clicking the thread title (on the right) from the main page I believe should take you to the first unread post in that thread. Not sure why its taking you to seemingly random points.

Simple solution is to just go into the specific forum and then click the thread title instead of doing all your browsing from the main forum page.

Actually, after clicking a few, it always takes me to the most recent post (ie it says the thread title, then last post by. . .it takes me to around the area of that last post)

ah yeah it must be taking me to the first unread post.

Is there an option to turn that feature off?
