re-setting S2ki mail password
#2
As a side note:
I have never been able to change my password. I must always use the original one that I was assigned. It's too complicated to remember and I have to look it up to use my email. Hence, I don't use it and that's too bad, because it's a bit of a waste. I'd really like to use it.
Is there some way you can ask for the password via your other email? And if you do get it, tell me if you were able to change the password.

Send a mail to support@s2ki.com explaining the problem with your username and s2ki email account name.
Dave - I also had the issue you describe. I have it written down with me, and also have it remembered in my browser. I use s2ki email with POP rather than the webmail application, so it is set in there.

The POP part is post office protocol. I think he means he's using Outlook Express or some other email client from inside his browser instead of the webmail built-in but maybe he'll respost with more info.

Yes, that's right. I use an email client on my PC, rather than webmail.
Actually, it is Thunderbird, not Outlook Express, but that could be used
It is simple to set up, and there are instructions in the original PM you got with the email password in. (in fact, also as a sticky at the top i think?)
