After many tries it finally let me in. But then I tried to delete a message, and was booted to the "Unknown user or password incorrect" page.

I hate being unknown. It's so bad for my self esteem.

I'm not sure. I couldn't login and then I could. I don't know why.

I feel better now. I've been trying for the last six months and I only got it to work a few times. Now, not at all. Just reporting, not complaining!
The mistake I know I made was using the same username a password that I use on the Forum. Is there any way I could start fresh? You know, a do-over?
Thanks!

It is my #1 priority and it's all I've been doing since you first posted the problem 2 days ago. That's what I said up there ^. It's not fixed because I haven't gotten it fixed yet not because I don't care or because I'm sitting on my thumbs. If it was a quick fix it would be fixed but it's not.

As I said up there ^ try to use POP or IMAP to access your email rather than webmail until it's fixed. There is a Howto pinned at the top of this forum which describes how to setup IMAP and POP to access your email accounts. You can get to it here: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=305770

Webmail will be fixed ASAP. I know it's broken and have said as much above. When I get it working again I will post here and let you know. There is no need to keep telling me it's broken, I know. I've spent the past 20 hours working on it.

I have narrowed down this problem to the IMAP server. If you use POP to access your email you should not have any problems. Webmail is a web-based IMAP client program so it has issues as do other IMAP clients such as Outlook and Thunderbird.

I'm reconfiguring and rebuilding the IMAP server to try and fix this issue.
