'phantom' messages?

'phantom' messages?
Here's a weird one: when I look at the list of forums, it shows that the last message posted to the S2KCA forum was by gregstevens at 5:52 PM today, but when I go into the forum, the most recent message is one I posted at 2:23 PM today. Am I missing a message?
Thanks,
Ted

Yes. There is at least one hidden sub-forum in that forum. If someone (ie. greg) posts in it, the post will show up as the most recent one in the forum list. Because you don't have access to the private forum within the s2kca forum, you won't see the post (or the forum for that matter).

Eric,
thanks, that makes a lot of sense.
You can probably guess the followup question: is there any way to keep the masses from being misled by the hope of messages that we won't be able to see? Not a big deal...
Thanks again,
Ted

Ted, sorry for that...we set that up for organizers and Board members to have a place that we could have a forum to discuss club issues, etc. It's worked well for us. If there is an easy way to have it not announce the date like that, that would be cool. But how about posting something there after to make the date show that you posted to for forum last?!
