Default Paid but I'm still a guest...

Is this because the money didn't clear from my credit card yet?

Unless it was an e-check payment, email the paypal reciept to support@s2ki.com

For some reason sometimes the paypal system does not update s2ki

It was e-check, that's why I'm guessing it'll take about 3 days

geek, did you forward a copy of your paypal email receipt to support@s2ki.com? There are no unanswered tickets. You need to forward that email to that account. It has the information on it we need to lookup or manually enter your membership payment transaction.

C3, Thx for directing me on the required procedure. I just sent it.

It would help if the Support Email address were listed on the "Contact Us" page on the site. In that case I would have known where to go for help. Perhaps instructions like these would help on the Purchase Membership page too. I looked both places and did not find anything that helped.

The solution I described is a workaround for a problem that shouldn't exist. It's not really a PayPal issue but on this end and I've been working full-time the past two weeks to fix it along with other membership signup issues that have lingered for years, inspired by xviper to get off my arse and get it done once and for all.

The support email is posted as a note at the top of this page and all other pages and includes a link to it. I realize that people overlook it but I'm not sure how to fix that right now.
