In your sig, add this code to the front part of that link
Code:
and then close it with
Code:
[/IMG]
That should allow the image to be seen

Your link that is visible seems to be a relative link make sure you use the actual URL for the image http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e138/s2k...racoonballs.gif

Man how many times this question has been asked I can't even begin to imagine. How can I make the answer obvious and easy to find? I'm open to suggestions...

The problem is people don't go looking for BB code help. They go looking for "how do I post an image" or "how do I put a picture in my signature" help so they would still ask the question.

If you want I can compile a list of FCT's (Frequently Coded Tags - I just made that up ) and post them, I just need to know what BBC is allowed and what isn't. I have found out that the server does not like HTML mixed in (I did some experimenting with tables and stuff one day trying to format my signature with more control)

I never tried ordered or un orderd lists through BBC on this forum either. Different forums aloow different things.

Maybe shoot me a PM with some parameters of what you would like people to know about it and I will post a thread describing different things like step by step image placements in sigs, posting linked pictures yadda yadda yadda and a good list of frequently used tags.

Let me know. Ill post what I come up with after you define some parameters and then you can sticky it if it looks good to you.

HTML is turned off. The tags, I can't think of the whole list off hand but there is a help page I think. Having just looked at it I remember why I never linked it in to the site

B, IMG and URL are about 100% of what I've ever used. If people knew how to use those 3 tags they would know pretty much everything there is to get along. As software ages it aquires bloat. There is a compelling urge to add more and more feature which are really really cool but make the software that much harder to understand. It's a big reason why I haven't updated the site to the latest goovy forums version.

If it were up to me I'd remove half of the features and make the remaining half work better. It's more work than it sounds unfortunately.
