hi, i have some wheels i'd like to post for sale in the classified section but need to be a member in order to do so.

when directed to paypals site to pay for a membership i log in and it says "users with limited access cannot send money" or if i try to just click on "not a member, pay with credit card" it says "cannot use this credit card, please enter another". i dont' have another credit card.

wondering if anyone can shed some light on why it's not working, getting extremely frustrated, dying to sell these wheels and was completely unaware of the membership being required now, joinded honda tech and they won't let me post in classifieds either. so my whole plan for selling these wheels seems slim to none if i can't use forums anymore.

 

This is a paypal issue, your card is obviously registered with your paypal account, so you need to fix your paypal account by contacting them. There is no other way to pay for s2ki membership right now
