^ Today's Active doesn't show today's active...it's stuck on August 5th.
As for being dull, I don't think the forum I moderate is dull at all! But there is no question that postings are way down. For some of the same reasons stated above. I for one, really liked the lightbulb and want that back ASAP. I don't know who is on when. Also, my buddy list showed who was logged on. Both of those features are sorely missed.

v4 is simply slow. To switch from the main forum Menu to the Site Info forum took over 15 seconds. To open this thread took 25 seconds. I have a very good DSL connection here at home. At work on a T1 it sometimes takes 30+ seconds to just switch/load pages on s2ki. I

It was never #3. Not even close. Look at the numbers it would take to do that and you'll see it's impossible. We're still #7 in cars and bikes, and we've been making ground on the #6 guy. We're the largest Invision board by a good margin. #3 overall? Not in the history of bigboards.com.

You don't need to beat us, though - you can come on over and participate...nicely of course. We have quite a few younger members posting. We call them pre-Vints. We may be "oldies", but we are goodies...
