Default Has the S2KI Forum Become Dull?

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed the lack of interesting subjects posted on the forum since the redesign? Has everyone gone to HondaTech.com?

Things have changed since the release of V4. I really think it's a combination of a few different things. First, it's summer time and everyone is out doing things, vacation's and so on. Second is simply that it seem's alot of folks just dont like the new version of S2KI. I know of several people in my local forum (Del-Val) that have said they dont post as much anymore because they really dislike V4. Hopefully come fall things will pick up a bit.

What's the matter with v4? It doesn't seem that different to me... in fact the fewer crashes and lack of massive lag make it easier IMO to post and participate.

(note, I'm not an admin or anything, and I'm not trying to start an s2ki bashing)

I can't even remember what the old version looked like. I don't care, I just care about the info...

Me too, but the info has been rather lacking since the latest version. Also, at least on my computer (3 gigahertz with 1 gig mem and 10K rpm Scsi HD and HS internet), its much slower. Also, I hardly ever get notified via email about a new post to a topic I have subscribed to.

I think this new version is cool.. old version was very clumsy to use.. could have used a more logical layout.

This one is very nice IMHO....

Give it time, people will come back around.

The resident GURU in Under-The-Hood has been absent for the last couple of months.

Many of the colorful individuals that were active on this board have sold their S2000s and moved on in life for various reasons. As things settle out here the board should continue to grow and hopefully become more interesting.

In the meantime do something in or to your car instead of sitting at the computer.

I think its the lack of the "Start Button" function. I miss that thing. I can't view ALL of the latest posts anymore.
