Tx_Phantom started a new job 3 weeks ago and has been unable to access the site. He keeps getting this error:



Any ideas what his probrem might be?

He said he's starting to get the shakes - withdrawals from not being on the forum. Poor guy.

I'm going to guess the IP address of his new work is banned.

That's an internal IP

You need his external IP address.

We had more than one asshat user coming from that block of IP addresses in the past so we did blacklist the entire range. I've adjusted the filters so that he should be able to get in now.
