The old 'Go to first Unread Post' is not available all of the time. From MyS2K, I always need to scroll to find the post (there used to be a link directly to the first unread post). Similarly, seems like the link is only available for multi-page threads. (Maybe the issues are related).

Yes, but when viewing the topic in MyS2K (not Forum view). I used to be able to go directly to the first Unread Post straight from MyS2K's Contributed to Topics.

Ry - the button is there, but it doesnt seem to go to the first unread post, not afai can see anyway, it seems to choose a random post on the last page i'll do some proper testing later and let you know

^ Yes, it didn't work properly before. The system used to take me back to the same posting over and over again, even though it was no longer the last unread post or even on the last page.

 

The button is there and works great now.

The only problem I had found is that the timeout for your login was pretty high in V3. If you came back 15-20 minutes later, the 'first unread post' didn't get reset. You had to be signed off longer.

I like today's MyS2K page - I was thinking that the original version (yesterday) was too 'wordy'. The condensed version rocks! Thanks admins!
