Default Cant Upload Pictures

I tried uploading pictures using both the bulk upload and single upload, and it tells me it cant upload the file cause its too big. I resize it and make it smaller and it still doesnt work. My other pictures in my gallery now are much bigger than these three pictures Im trying to upload. Any advice?

Just noticed.... The bulk upload feature is working, but not the single upload feature.

Ran out of disk space on the partition where uploaded files get stored temporarily before being moved to their permanent home. I seemed to accumulate 51GB of log files that were not being cleared and rotated. That is fixed and it should be working normally now.
