You can only read the PMs sent to and from you. The same applies to everyone, mods and admins included. There are only 3 people who have access to the database and could read other people's PMs: me, krazik and yogi. There is no function to read anyone elses PM's except straight out of the database so the answer to the question is no, no and not applicable None of the 3 who could read PMs do because we are lazy and honestly couldn't care less. We can if need be but would rather download pron or do something even half-way interesting
