Bulk upload to this site
I'm trying to bulk upload a large number of files to the site, never worked for me.
I click on 'Bulk upload' and it says 'Permission to upload files denied. Can not continue.'
Do I need to instal a Java client?
I am at work but I dont think a fire wall would stop the upload, would it?

The bulk upload uses a Java Applet to upload the images. It does this the same way the browser does so if you can upload single files you should be able upload in bulk.
What is your browser version and do you have:
Java applets enabled? Some firewalls block applets as do some browsers. Either way you can adjust the settings to enable them to work.
Blocking pop-up windows? Bulk upload opens a pop-up window where the applet lives. If you block pop-ups from s2ki.com you will also block the applet.
I don't recall any such error message. Where are you seeing this message appear? Is it in the main window where the bulk upload button is or is it in the pop-up window that opens? Are you sure the people at work haven't disabled file uploads completely on your computer? Try doing a single add image first and let me know if that works.
If it does then you need to look at your ability to run applets (firewall, browser config, java runtime, etc.) If it doesn't work then there is a strong chance the problem is with a restriction put on what you can do from your computer at work.

Blockups are blocked and I dont have any control on what can be done, I expect this is the error.
Thank you for your post.
