Posting this one up separately. Brand New In Box S2000 Mugen Intake. I know it seems like a lot but if you know you know. Fromula S last one new sold for $5,200. Since I no longer have my s2000 and it has been such a pleasure meeting community members through my last garage sale/part out, I'm giving a discount. Look forward to selling this one as it was always a dream part for me and would love to see someone get the chance I missed to install it. Ugh… if it didn’t require cutting into the hood, I’d be all over this.
I feel ya. first time around a few years back I wasn't patient while waiting for my hood to arrive and ended up doing the job myself. I had a used intake at the time so wasnt too worried about getting anything on it. I put white marker on the top of the intake duct and then when I closed the lid it showed me exactly where I needed to cut. Wasn't a hard job at all but I get if youre worried about selling later it deff is something to explain haha. A few companies make a little carbon cover you can add tho so it looks pretty.

Here is a very cheap option that fills in the hole and cleans up the cut you have to make. You can have it painted to match the underside of your hood and it will blend in and look like it came that way.
