I am buying this house in Loveland, Colorado! I looked at it for the first time on Friday, August 11th and made my initial offer the same day. I just signed the contract for an agreed on sale price. I should close on August 31st. I won't be moving in right away and will not be selling my current house in Lake Forest, California.

That's amazing Patty. Last I heard you were looking to move within California. What brought about the change in plans? Will you live in Colorado for the skiing (winter) or the summer? Lots of questions.

Patty, as I told you earlier, I am very happy for you! That house is YOU. With space for 5 cars, I think you need to add a '17 NSX! Looks even bigger in the pics without furniture, which were there in the real estate listing.

Glad you will finally be close to your family.

But gotta get the interior walls of the garage painted!

Yes, I agree on the paint. I painted the inside of my current garage. Instead of the new NSX I'm getting the house.

That's something I can never understand. Why would someone spend several hundred thousand $'s to build a house, and not spend the $500 or so that it takes to paint the garage interior? I have seen many houses around here like that and I just shake my head.

House>NSX.

I think most people don't care about their garages. They want them insulated but aren't into the asthetics. We car people care a lot more about our car's bedroom.

You gonna get the whiz-bang epoxy garage floor put in before you sully it up with cars?
Handy in snowy climates.

are you booking visitors yet?
