S2000 CR Club Racer Edition CR stands for "club racer," conjuring up the good old days when guys drove their sports cars to the track, raced them, and then, if the racing gods were smiling, drove them home again

I've been vacant from the forum for over 3 years, late in 2016 I managed to get my hands on a set of the V3's (Type S)

Looks good! Any reason why you're not using the OEM licence plate bracket?

It looks much better that way. The S2000 is one of those cars where the front license plate literally ruins the looks of the front of the car.

But, to be honest, I haven't run with a front license on any of my 19 cars over the last 40 years.

I agree. Even though it's a fix-it ticket in CA, I think I've gotten 1 ticket in the past 20 years. One thing I hate about cars that run the OEM bracket is that sometimes they are installed a bit too "tight" and you can see damage on the front bumper.

My family uses soft rubber rings as spacers and we've never had issues.
