He was very cooperative. We had an issue with UPS deciding to what looked like backing over my ZTEC exhaust cap and UPS was dicking around with not paying the insurance money but no_s2k worked hard at it and got the insurance money back and sent me back my fullpayment including shipping etc.
Great seller and would have been a great product if UPS didnt destroy it!!!!!!
