the thumbdown was for the possible scam artist, not you.
You might be the lucky few who actually received what you paid for, but there are quite a lot of ppl who are being ignored by this guy.
If you can, please contact him and ask him to reply to speeeding. I have delt with speeeding many many times, he is a good fella indeed, and he does not deserve this.
