This fellow purchased a used testpipe from me last month in August..
He received the pipe and shortly opened up a paypal dispute for item not as described. He gave me a few explanations saying that pipe has damages. I said fair enough and offered to give him a full refund.

I asked him to send the pipe back and shoot me a tracking number, THAN i will issue the refund through paypal asap.
He refuses to do so.. and said he will ship it out after i refund him the money. I thought this was pretty shady.. and with paypal dispute on my ass and me not knowing any better, I took his words and issued the refund.

I asked him for the tracking number couple days later, only to get an answer saying that its already been shipped out. About a week later, i told him that i will need the tracking # immediately and bugged him a couple times. He eventually gave me a number which was a completely wrong tracking number.

Sep 20th today, almost 2 months in, still haven't received my test pipe and hes been ignoring my messages ever since. Ive contacted paypal and they are reviewing the case. Its not a lot of money, but it just bugs me how shady some people can get over a f@#king 75 dollar test pipe.

He's not responded to my pm, and hasn't logged in since Sept 18th.

paypal has completed reviewing the case and they were nice enough to refund me the money.
It looks like he has gone MIA, i trusted him since he was a paid 'member' but clearly that doesnt mean anything
be aware guys!!!
