Manny you have until this Friday to fix. If not your 5 day suspension will lead to a permanent vacation. You will not be allowed back ever. We should have learned our lesson from your first username and your selling issues. I have been the one to go to bat for you over the last issues you were involved in. This is more serious, and I won't be made a fool of anymore. If a phone call is needed by either party do it. I want proof by Friday there is a refund. If not, you will be gone.

its the sellers responsibility to take care of the buyer. if youre not willing to take that responsibility, then dont take someones money for a product. its that simple. clearly the packaging is a joke and if there is insurance, that would not be a hard fight to prove that shredded paper wont protect aluminum.
this dude needs to be banned no matter if he refunds suzuka joe or not. how can you scam 2 different people and still be allowed to use the marketplace? i think if you scam 1 person you should be done for life. thats the only way to keep lowlifes like manny away from this site. shredded paper to protect aluminum? thats crazy.

Paypal has locked the funds up since I filed a claim. It's up to them to refund me the money unless he calls or logs on and refunds it to me.
I'm glad the ban hammer took him out so nobody has to deal with him

Paypal emailed me and all i have to do is ship the item back to manny and provide a tracking number. Once it arrives I'll get my money back.
He doesn't need to be back though for treating people like he did. Glad he's on a permanent hihatus
