Everyone should leave this alone, but its become like a soap opera, and we NEED to know what happens.

It shouldn't have come this far, but manny was acting like the typical college-age prick that we all have known, or possibly were. You grow out of it, some quicker than others. This thread seems to have served its purpose, as Manny appears to have learned something, and hopefully that puts an end to the shit-talking, squabbling, etc.

Just post something when it's resolved to say all better so we can once again sleep through the night, and everyone else can stop posting their opinions.

GROUP HUG?

The problem was that I thought the buyer had to file the claim. I apologize for my ignorance but its an honest mistake. Which is why I filed the claim and waiting to see what happens. I just need to talk to joe so he can cancel all his claims before I refund his money.

Manny you have until this Friday to fix. If not your 5 day suspension will lead to a permanent vacation. You will not be allowed back ever. We should have learned our lesson from your first username and your selling issues. I have been the one to go to bat for you over the last issues you were involved in. This is more serious, and I won't be made a fool of anymore. If a phone call is needed by either party do it. I want proof by Friday there is a refund. If not, you will be gone.

I do not want any pm's from you crying about how mean people are or how you will start to behave. Your friggen lucky you were only on a 5 day beach vacation.

You took this way out of hand. I asked for a refund before this thread or my dispute on PP even existed.

I'm raising the bullshit flag on this. Many times throughout this thread it was stated that you had to be the one to file the insurance claim.

Refund the money and move onto another website. That way everybody wins.

Manny, you don't get it. You should refund him the money regardless of the claim. If you win they will send YOU the check and everything is good! If you lose he still got the money, you get the part back and can re-sell although probably won't get as much as you originally wanted.

Manny, doing the right thing and offering a refund is the absolute least you can do. But trying to turn this around and putting blame on Suzuka (he didn't call) or ignorance (I didn't know) won't get you far in this thread. You were told multiple times by several members (including me) only the sender can make a claim but you chose to ignore it.

Man up and admit that you were wrong and pig headed and refund Suzuka's money. Only them will you rise in my and I suspect many others' opinion to a level of something near a decent human being.

the only thing the buyer needs to do when a claim is filed is tell the shipping company what time they can stop by or pick up the part/box for inspection
