The reason you guys are talking crap is because of my neg rep which you meatheads gives me makes no sense.

There is no proof who did this and that's why I don't give him his money because I know it wasn't me for a fact.
He obviously opened it how do I know he didn't crack it because he didn't like the finish?

Manny--you don't get it, do you? You have an unhappy customer. It doesn't matter if you packed the item yourself or someone else did. If you don't think your rep is worth $100, then don't refund the money. Joe has offered to ship the valve cover back to you-AT HIS EXPENSE! All he wants is a refund. That's all. $100.
Think about it, Manny. You will get the valve cover back so you can resell it, and Joe gets his money back.
You are 19 years old. If you want people to think of you as a young punk--don't do anything.
If you want people to think of you as a man--and as a business man, refund the money.
